Whole-wheat pasta with mushrooms

Servings 1 person


  • 1 serving whole-wheat pasta (60 g dry weight)
  • 1/2 onion
  • 5-6 mushrooms
  • 1 sprig of basil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt


  • Boil the pasta for 12 minutes.
  • Peel and chop the onion to then sauté it in a pan with the little olive oil.
  • Wash and chop up the mushrooms, then sauté them together with the onion.
  • Drain the pasta and sauté it with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Serve the sautéed pasta, using the basil sprig to decorate the plate.
