Whole-wheat pasta with mushrooms
- 1 serving whole-wheat pasta (60 g dry weight)
- 1/2 onion
- 5-6 mushrooms
- 1 sprig of basil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Boil the pasta for 12 minutes.
- Peel and chop the onion to then sauté it in a pan with the little olive oil.
- Wash and chop up the mushrooms, then sauté them together with the onion.
- Drain the pasta and sauté it with the rest of the ingredients.
- Serve the sautéed pasta, using the basil sprig to decorate the plate.
